Projektbeschreibung
Our client is a PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY and is looking for a DOCUMENT MANAGER to manage the DOCUMENTATION AND TRAINING PROCESS within one of their production unit. The DOCUMENT MANAGER will work at our client for at least 6 months. The Document Manager:
-Is in charge of the in-place/in use of the DOCUMENTATION & TRAINING SYSTEM
He/She is in charge of:
For centralized processes, evaluates the applicability and the impacts in case of changes of the SOPs/WKI of the system.
For articulated or decentralized processes, ensures the local part of the process are described.
-Is the first LOCAL TRAINER for the system
H e/She is in charge of:
Organizes the local KPI management process (including corrective action loop) across the production unit for the system He/She is in charge.
Ensures the on time communication and cascading regarding Training & Documentation matters
The Document Manager is/has :
University degree
Pedagogue, very good interpersonal capabilities, to be able to act as a coach.
Facts and data oriented
5 to 10 years of experience.
Cross-functional process changes experiences, or ex-consultant in organization and management.
Ideally, has already participated to Lean actions, or organization project
