IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Preparation of meta data fields, update of control files
-Extraction of documents from content management tools or other sources
-Support re-use potential assessment in collaboration with GLMs
-Review of post migrated data for style and format accuracy
-Support GLMs for content check, e.g. comparison of output file with original label document
-Realisation of reuse
-Setting of relationships between fragments and fragment compilations
-Support document owners (GLMs) with maintenance of meta data fields
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-You are a university student in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs or Computer Science or have profound equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical or IT industry
-You are competent in common IT systems and software packages including databases and database concepts, such as MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
-You have an understanding of metadata usage
-You are able to work focused and target oriented in a complex and multi-cultural scientific/technical environment
-You have good communication and presentation skills and you are fluent in English
-You are flexible in thinking and a quick learner
-You have a structured and analytical approach to your work and are able to work independently with a high level of responsibility and accuracy as well as good team spirit
-Knowledge of pharmaceutical labelling and terminology would be of advantage
