Our client is a pharmaceutical company located in Walloon Brabant and is currently looking for a DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT to reinforce their DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT. The DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT will work in Walloon Brabant for at least 4 months.
Mission Description:
- Documentation and quality support to the Medical Affairs department.
- The mission consists generally on MANAGING DOCUMENTATION (updates, review and approval, issued controlled copies, destruction)
- The mission consists generally on MANAGING DOCUMENTATION (updates, review and approval process)
- Classifies, files, audits, receives, distributes, tracks and maintains system of classified and unclassified COMPANY DOCUMENTS according to established procedures and standards for security and document organization
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on instructions and preestablished guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Ensure update of Controlled copies in the distribution points
Specific professional/technical expertise and key skills required:
- Bachelor degree or experience in information management/analysis, documentation, archiving,
- 2 to 5 Years' experience in the same role
- Soft skills: rigorous, well organized, structured, proactive, analytical mind
- Languages: English is a must, French/Dutch is an asset
- Experience with Datavision is a plus.
