DOCUMENT COORDINATOR (SOP'S) needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Danbury, Connecticut.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Document control in a regulated environment
- Knowledgeable in maintaining SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manages IDEA for CON for the revision or creation of local procedural documents
- Provide templates to authors of SOP's
- Performing system audits and review to ensure procedural documents due for review are assessed by the authors in a timely manner
- Perform formatting and style reviews for local documents
- Maintain website by updating procedural document information
- Perform departmental impact assessments relative to procedural documents, updates impact assessment report
- Respond appropriately to mailbox/voicemail inquiries/issues in person, by phone or email to resolve issues/clarify IDEA for CON/procedural document creation processes

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Two to three (2 - 3) years of experience using document management systems
- Experience processing SOP's preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- MS Office applications including Access
