Location: Montrose

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 12 Months

A Document Coordinator/Administrator required for a Large Global Oil and Gas Services company based in Montrose.

Main Duties: 

- Updating and Populating Databases and internal bespoke systems. 
- Scanning Documents 
- Updating Reports 
- Updating Manufacturing records

Key Skills: 

- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Packages including Excel) 
- Excellent Administration Skills 
- Excellent coordination Skills 
- Experience with Oracle would be beneficial but not essential. 
- Experience within the Oil and Gas Market would be beneficial but not essential. 
- Experience with in a Quality environment would be beneficial but not essential.
