World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity involving some International travel for a Document Controller to work on the AIM-EDMS (Asset Information Management - Engineering Documents Management System) connecting to large global SAP applications. AIM-EDMS will be used to store and track the status of drawings and technical documentation for use at all locations.

This new system uses the SAP platform to store information of the drawings and attaches them to Functional Location and Equipments in SAP. System will assure cost effective, standardized, quality and timely availability of information for the global Distribution Business.

Your role will be:

- Delivery and operation of document control processes and systems across terminals globally
- Implementing all aspects of the project Document Control (DC) & Electronic Document Management (EDM) processes and procedures while interfacing with the entire project teams, existing plant owners, contractors and suppliers
- Attend regular project meetings and keep the GPO updated with progress
- Delegate actions to appropriate levels
- Connect and co-ordinate business resources
- Assist in training and roll-outs, day to day responses from business and support change management processes, close monitoring of the sequence of events on each go-lives stages and initial months after final Go-Live
- Develop a road map which will bring S&D from the AS IS' to the TO BE' position

As well as being able to undergo international travel at short notice, you should ideally have worked in a large corporate global environment with remote team working and previous experience within either a document management implementation or migration project or a similar structured migration environment.
