DOCUMENT CONTROL SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CAMBRIDGE, MA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Under the direction of the Global Head, cGMP Education and Training, support day to day execution of Document Management System and Training Management Systems at the global level.
- Become Subject Matter Expert in use of electronic systems and defined business process and act as a resource for users globally
- Responsible for support of Global document authors and owners. Guide, coach, direct and help standardize adherence to the MSOP Review and Approval process and document templates Responsible for gathering and presenting metrics for document management system focused on: Demonstrated effectiveness of MSOP Review and Approval process
- Provide consistent metric updates and communications to Quality Systems and Standards and QALT as needed including: MSOP/GSOP Periodic Review timeliness MSOP Review and Approval pipeline Assign courses and manage sessions in webTraining for Global employees
- Gather data and report Global Training progress monthly to Global Quality Perform the webTraining administrative activities; check quizzes, activate courses/sessions, create/assign activities, roles or people, maintenance and clean-up of sessions/activities/roles/people, create/close/unlock accounts, reset passwords

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in English required
- Two (2+) years in Pharmaceutical Industry or a regulated industry, eg Pharma production or QA operations.
- Prior experience in technical writing and working with Microsoft Word and Electronic Document Management Systems. OpenText preferred. Documentum helpful.
- Excellent communication skills and influence needed.
