Document/Case Management Consultant (BPMN 2.0)

The contract is with a consultancy in Brussels to be assigned to a large EEC site as follows:- NATURE OF THE TASKS

- Provision of advice and assistance in the area of Document Management and Case Management.
- Provision of quality plans, service level agreements, quality control and evaluation, quality assessments or other quality
- Matters associated with information systems projects.
- Management of quality tests
- Functional requirements and business case analysis
- Elaboration of vision documents
- Provision of technical studies, technical expertise, technical evaluations in relation with information systems

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Ability to translate BPMN 2.0 artefacts into technical requirements
- Enterprise Architecture
- Knowledge of modelling tools (eg UML)
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (eg RUP)
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing studies
- Strong capacity to give high level presentations
- Ability to apply high quality standards
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
- Knowledge of Legal matters is a strong asset

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

- The candidate shall have extensive knowledge of Document Management and Case Management.
- Education and experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in IT
- Minimum 18 years of relevant studies and experience after secondary school
