Document Administrator wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical industry. Your experience/skills: Extensive experience with basic Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel Familiarity with IRDDS (International Research & Development Document Standards) and TEDI (Trans European Drug Information) is mandatory Languages: fluent English both written and spoken Your tasks: Monitoring document properties for accuracy, including eCTD filenames Supporting the DD&C team with system issues and providing clarification and resolution Revising documents for compliance with IRDDS standards Promoting documents in lifecycle and for data integrity check as well as changing ownership of documents depending of the lifecycle status Accomplishing manual retirement of documents old versions and maintaining a tracker of activities executed by DA Start: ASAP Duration: 9MM+ Location: Basel, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH12588 Does this sound like an interesting and challenging opportunity to you?
