Doctors Rota Coordinator - Medical Coordinator - Rotas - Sick Leave - Staffing - Locum Doctors Staffing - Administration - Medical Staffing - Short term Contract (Up to 3 months) - ASAP Start (No longer than 1 week notice)

My London based Hospital urgently seeks a Doctors Rota/Staffing Coordinator to coordinate the management and recording of all medical leave across the directorate in conjunction with clinicians with responsibility for medical staffing to ensure that adequate levels of staff (Doctors) are available at all times.

To take responsibility for:

- Coordinating administration support and organisation for medical/doctors weekly and on-call rotas and to ensure that all rotas are circulated promptly and maintained on the Intranet.
- Monitoring sickness and the booking of annual leave for doctors and direct line reports and to ensure that accurate records are maintained and that all monthly sickness returns are forwarded to the Human Resources department.
- Ensuring that a record of the locums booked both internal and external is maintained and that the necessary staff are aware when a booking is not filled.
