DMS Administrator 2nd 3rd Line Service Desk Security Cleared EU

DMS administrator Document Management System - SharePoint - Incident resolution and 2nd and 3rd level DMS SharePoint system support

For a 10 months mission (part time). €475 a day based on a 8 hour day
Starting date would be end of April ideally.
For This client, a security clearance level EU confidential is required.

The contract could be extended up to 11/01/2018.

-Incident resolution and 2nd and 3rd level DMS SharePoint system support;
-Assist with the operations to back up and restoration of data;
-Be part of project team and provide technical support for upgrades and the migration to the new DMS system to be deployed at Client site;
-Assist with 3rd level escalations, application-level troubleshooting and problem resolution;
-Contribute to the operational management of Client systems, such as monitoring, maintenance, configuration management and incident resolution activities;
-Perform development/release activities in the DMS or SharePoint areas, required by Client internal or external projects;
-Assist with the Microsoft SharePoint administration activities.

Language Skills - English to B2 level
