DLP Business Analyst/Functional Analyst

DLP Business Analyst/Functional Analyst with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience is urgently required for our leading client for a minimum of 12 months on a long term project.

The DLP Business Analyst/Functional Analyst will be required to support Symantec DLP across a number of strategic projects. This position will be focused on the implementation of Symantec security products within various customer environments. Job responsibilities include assessing customer needs and expectations, designing solutions to meet those needs, and then implementing the design.

JOB/ROLE DESCRIPTION:

- Provide onsite Symantec DLP technical service and support to a Large Enterprise customer base
- Assist with DLP upgrades, installations and configuration.
- Respond rapidly to unplanned events, including afterhours for Severity 1 issues.
- Provide regular status reports for critical incidents, projects and proactive services
- This role will involve extensive co-ordination with various technical groups and business representatives.
- Identify relevant and applicable policies
- Knowledge of Incident process
- Knowledge of Ticketing tools.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

- Highly proficient in data leakage prevention (DLP) technologies.
- Master Of Bussiness Administration
- Minimum of 3-4 years administering, supporting or consulting on Symantec Data Loss Prevention or competitive data loss prevention software products in an enterprise customer environment is required.
- Experience in understanding of complete life cycle management of DLP Process
- Assist Team and Management with Docuements and Project Plans
- Extensively work with Client on Business requirements
- Experience in Data Flow Analysis
