My Client, an Acute Trust in the Midlands, is looking to engage a Divisional General Manager for Surgery/Elective Care for an initial interim period of 6 months. This is a key role in the organisation to cover a period of significant change and provide both strategic and operational support at Divisional level.

This role will look after the surgical team from both a business and operational perspective, Working alongside the Clinical Director you will be responsible for all planned care including leading on capacity, flow and business output. You will lead strategically but you will also be 'hands on' offering support to the front line team.

The ideal person for this role will have a background as a manger in surgical services, it is essential that you will have worked in an Acute setting although experience in a private hospital will be considered,
