As part of Investment Funds Direct Limited (founded 1982), Ascentric's 'Wrap' platform enables Financial Advisers to view value and trade client investment portfolios. The technology we provide gives customers a clearer picture of how their entire portfolio is performing, putting them in control of their investments through their Financial Adviser.

Our goal is to be the independent wrap platform of choice. We strive to achieve this by constantly listening to our clients, by focusing on service delivery and by constantly improving the breadth and depth of our platform proposition.

We are now looking for a Dividends Administrator to join our team based in central Bath on an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract. This role would suit applicants with a proven background within an administrative role in financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Process all Equity and unit trust distributions (income and accumulation) received ensuring a high degree of accuracy at all times.
- Process all dividend receipts on a daily basis
- Deal with any client/IFA queries and complaints received by post, email, fax or phone until the matter has been satisfactorily resolved
- Being a confident source of knowledge to all IFAs, clients and other staff members.
- Record and complete MI spreadsheets on daily basis
- Take ownership of own development

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience within similar Investment/Wealth Management/Pensions Administration focussed role, any Dividends Administration experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service focus
- High level of attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- The ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment
