Diversity Manager

Diversity Manager My client an international law firm is seeking a Diversity Manager to join their leading organisation. The exciting new role will be to implement and develop the firm's diversity activities, working closely with senior members of the organisation. This exciting new role is a permanent position, based in the city ofLondonand paying up to £75k per annum. Key responsibilities: * Leading on the development and implementation of key projects such as gender diversity, social mobility, LGBT and race and ethnicity * Working directly with senior management team on their diversity activities * Supporting relevant areas of the business on designing and implementing their own diversity activities * Leading the development and implementation of key projects * Strong focus on developing internal engagement programmes * Keeping up to date with the latest developments in diversity research and thinking * Representing the organisation, where appropriate, on external forums and working groups Requirements: * Educated to degree level * Previous experience in a senior HR position * Previous experience working within professional services/ banking/ corporate background * Confident and well presented * Highly organised and able to cope with pressure * Strong written and oral communication skills
