The Development and Inclusion manager will be working closely with senior stakeholders to optimise a diversity and inclusion initiative.
The role will requiring strong stakeholder skills, intelligent implementation and commercial acumen.
A background in an FTSE250 business, within a Global D&I environment is highly desirable for this role.
An ideal candidate will be able to display successful experience and have a passion for implementing new D&I strategy, as well as a background in key initiatives to drive transformation and change across a global remit.
PAY: £350-400
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 MONTHS
Start Date: Immediate
LOCATION: WEST MIDLANDS
