Serco Health/Suffolk Community Healthcare are looking for an experienced District Nurse.
The opportunity has arisen to work as part of Stowmarket Community Health Team.
Essential Experience
* RN level 1
* District Nurse qualification
* Current NMC registration
* IT skills
* Experience of working with a range of primary and community services including Health, Adult Care Services and the Independent Sector
* Drivers License and own transport
