THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Proficient with common computer software applications (Microsoft Suite, Oracle, Maximo, SmartSolve
- Working knowledge of accounting, budgeting and billing principles
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Follows, supports and reinforces health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe and environmentally friendly facility
- Accurately completes health, safety and environmental documentation following established procedures
- Participates in facility emergency response teams
- Sustains a working knowledge of product, production and distribution systems
- Compiles, inputs, reviews and resolves issues with production record quantities ensuring accuracy
- Audits production records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory agency requirements
- Creates material requisitions utilizing Oracle and Maximo
- Expedites high priority materials
- Organizes, schedules and leads monthly safety meetings
- Reviews, analyzes, resolves discrepancies and reconciles purchase orders with invoices ensuring appropriateness and accuracy and reconciles credit card statements with receipts
- Acts as an information resource and provides overall support and assistance to the Plant Manager
- Maintains accurate purchasing files for every vendor
- Audits financial, regulatory, production, safety and environmental systems
- Compiles annual budget items for review
- Monitors, reconciles and adjusts budgetary items on an ongoing basis
- Establishes and maintains organizational network
- Generates, sets up and manages outside vendors, resource experts and subcontractors programs and their compliance with applicable regulations resolving issues as required
- Coordinates and assures distribution of production calendar events
- Maintains information management systems to include site document controls
- Acquires mail, determines disposition and refers to appropriate party
- Answers, screens and refers incoming calls
- Inputs data into electronic monthly score card
- Creates site specific procedures and/or flow charts for job's critical components
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism in all activities
- Handles business section issues when the Plant Manager is inaccessible
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Accomplished and purposeful leader, able to employ fundamental leadership principles, enthusiastic followership, and constructive dissent (dissent aligned with mission, procedure, and culture or system push-back).
- Possesses an innate desire to learn, adapt and excel, able to work with confidence autonomously and as a team member, while maintaining an overall view of the mission, operational needs, and culture.

- Proficient with common computer software applications (Microsoft Suite, Oracle, Maximo, SmartSolve ).
- Excellent organizational, decision making and problem solving.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability.
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor or associate degree in business or accounting strongly preferred
- Experience and Training: Four to five years of previous management experience preferred
