Our client is seeking an experienced Distribution Administrator to work within the Distribution Department until approximately mid January 2015.

The successful candidate will be expected to ensure the whole delivery process, from booking to subsequent delivery of all goods for all Trade & Export accounts runs smoothly, and liaise with the sales office regarding all aspects of deliveries. Also the arrangement of the whole delivery process for accounts, and again communicate with the client's head office regarding any delivery issues.

Other responsibilities include:

Deal with all features of web customer service
Scan UK PODs onto internal system for access by relevant deportments
Load building all Trade & Export customers deliveries, liaising with carries regarding collection & subsequent delivery of goods
Product delivery paperwork for all deliveries that are sent from the warehouse.
Deal with any queries relating to bookings and deliveries for any of the above customers
Deal with all web customer queries, by arranging additional cartons to be sent or collected where applicable, address detail issues, replacement stock etc
Supply holiday cover for booking in National account
Other duties as required
