One of the leading aggregate company in the country is looking to take on a number of talented Distribution Administrator's who will be responsible for the receipt of customer orders, accurate input of orders into the computer system and monitoring the progress of orders while keeping customers informed

The perfect candidate will need to do the following:
To proactively maintain communication link with Transport/haulage and feed back any issues experienced on site and initiate communications to initiate resolution. The successful candidate will also be required to show greater flexibility to accommodate every potential order, communicate issues quickly through the appropriate channels and work hard to assist with resolution. Parts of this will mean receiving and reporting on any customer complaints or defective or returned materials. Additionally, experience in sales would also be beneficial.
