DESCRIPTION:
Manage and administrate the technical infrastructure of distributed environments containing physical and virtual WINTEL and Unix equipment.
The candidate needs to be a technical expert/specialist (more a generalist than a system engineer) with a good understanding of the distributed application design especially the 3-tier architecture design.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: SQL Server, IIS, NT, Windows 2000, Active Directory, Windows Clustering, ESX and VMWARE technology, IBM AIX VIO technology, IBM AIX HACMP Clustering, Windows and Unix (with Powerbroker) security administration, MQ Series. Exposure to Oracle, DB2 Connect and File Transfer will be appreciated. Understanding of JavaScript, VBScript, COM/DCOM, HTML, XML, XHTML, ADO, ODBC, ADSI, XS, ASP, COM+, VB, .NET, C/C++ technologies is a plus.
OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS: Mutual commitment, openess, market driven, delivery quality, communication skills (oral and written), strong analysis/investigations skills, flexibility.
ROLE EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience in the required field.
LANGUAGE SKILLS REQUIRED: English.
