My client who are a leading financial services company based in London are currently in need of a Disputes & Chargeback Analyst to work for an initial 3 month contract with the view to go permanent afterwards.
Skills Required:
- Good in-depth technical knowledge and 2+ years experience of dispute resolution and chargeback processing
- Experience gained in the online payments industry
- Good problem solving skills
- Good documentation and report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive work ethic, with the ability to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines
The role:
- Liaise with internal parties and client partners in managing and maintaining the dispute resolution system and chargeback reporting process
- Ensure a fully operational dispute reporting and chargeback process is available at all times and that any issues are addressed within agreed SLAs
- Ensure all disputes and chargebacks are handled in an effective and time efficient manner and in accordance with the companys rules
- Identify and action any improvements to the dispute resolution system or chargeback reporting process
- Analyze dispute or chargeback cases to identify reoccurring or potential problem matters and research possible emerging fraud trends/schemes
