DISPUTE RESOLUTION ANALYST (ENTRY LEVEL) needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in Princeton, NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Two years of experience in a related field
- Microsoft Office applications experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Conducts daily research, analysis, and processing of credits relating to customer claims and deductions (contractual and invoice related claims), using procedure and policy guidelines
- Ensures all customer claims are logged, and status is updated with claim progress
- Manages own time with regular supervision and escalates non-standard issues
- Actively participates in clearly-defined assignments and projects as needed by higher level analysts and management
- Works with multiple internal departments to obtain information, feedback, and approvals
- Participates in internal customer meetings

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two years of experience in a related field
- Bachelors degree required
- Microsoft Office applications experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
