Dispensor Foreman II

We are seeking a Dispenser Foreman II for a six-month contract position in Roswell, GA. The ideal candidate would be located within the Atlanta metro area. They would be responsible to cover installations of any of the following: hand sanitizer dispensers, paper towel dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, etc. in the Atlanta metro area.

Skills:

- 4-6 years of superintendent construction experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, teaching and project management skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be comfortable interacting with others, especially customers.
- Bilingual is preferred.
- Must have ability to read, write and interpret instructional documents.
- Must have a proven track record of resolving technical issues.
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- This position requires standing for extended periods of time and other physical demands.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft's suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
- Availability to travel 20-30% of the time.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the installation contractor team to ensure product instillations are completed with the highest quality.
- Interact with customers and sales professionals to troubleshoot and resolve, product quality complaints
- Manage and train a pool of talent and assign resources to installation projects.
