Dispenser Foreman II Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DISPENSER FOREMAN II to join our client in Roswell, GA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The DISPENSER FOREMAN II serves as the on-site project foreman to assure product instillation projects are executed with technical excellence and in a timely fashion. The incumbent must have the capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and communicate exceptionally well with the account activation team. This position requires strong mechanical and technical proficiency and the ability to conduct investigations and effectively solve technical issues as they arise. He/she must have a strong sense of urgency and work well under pressure in a collaborative team environment. He/she will perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation contractor team to ensure product instillations are completed with the highest quality.
- Interact with customers and sales professionals to trouble shoot and resolve product quality complaints.
- Manage and train pool of talent and assign resources to installation projects.

Job Qualifications:
- Four to six (4 - 6) years of superintendent construction experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, teaching and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with others, especially customers.
- Bilingual is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.
- Must have a proven track record of resolving technical issues.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- This position requires standing for extended periods of time and other physical demands. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
- Availability to travel 20-30% of the time.

Additional Job Details:
- They would be responsible to cover instillations and quality resolution in the Atlanta metro area.
- Millage/travel compensation would be provided when visiting customers outside of this area.
- Installations include: hand sanitizer dispensers, paper towel dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, etc.
- If within the metro area, mileage is not covered.
- Locations of installations will vary depending on how quickly the job is complete.
- They may be going to a new customer after one day or after a few weeks.
- The person can work from home on non-installation days to complete more administrative tasks.
- Other physical requirements include lifting up to 25 lbs.
- No heavy equipment will be used but may use light power tools such as an electrical drill.
