DISPATCHERS/SCHEDULERS/FLEET COORDINATORS

Tangent are looking for candidates to work as Dispatchers/Schedulers to work in Coventry!

This position is a 6 months rolling contract working for an international well know telecommunications company!

Main Responsibilities: To dispatch Engineers to locations where there may be faults, to work in a high pressured environment, Call logger, gaining access for engineers

Responsible for managing faults that require further actions and assistance from third party suppliers. Primarily manual ticket assignment or through optimised automation processes within a Work Force Management system (WFM) Proactively manage and monitor email account/s for information which may highlight known site or network issues, confirmations of access, climbs or requests for assistance from other areas of the business. Handle in and outbound telephone calls in line with internal SLAs. Following professional telephone etiquette ensuring queries are handled effectively and efficiently Management of non-executable tickets in relevant queues ie waiting internal, waiting external, spares, delayed access and climatology and provide escalation where necessary The ability to work as part of a team or off own initiate in a team driven environment. Negotiation skills with varying stakeholders are key to the role to support third parties, customers and Ericsson.
