Dispatcher Squad Leader - SAP HR

Job Responsibilities:
Monitors work queues and makes work assignments to appropriate team members ensuring a balances workload. Ensures up-front gathering of relevant information and that individuals have enough information to start working. Works with client to establish priorities, report status, communicate risks, manage issue resolution and overall expectations. Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of products delivered. Responsible for forecasting maintenance projects in progress and determining new roles/skills required, document and assist with candidate screening. Maintains pertinent records of incoming tasks and completed tasks. Ensures that all work is assigned in a timely manner, tracked, and documented in the appropriate repositories. Works with team to establish performance goals and metrics for the team. Monitors and reports on team performance metrics Interface with global team to deliver work on schedule, while satisfying agreed upon customer requirements. May perform employee supervisory responsibilities.

Skills:
3+ years project management or team leader experience managing small technical team delivery in a global environment SAP HCM knowledge or general Payroll/HR knowledge with expertise in EMEA countries. Experience with SOX IT process and adherence. Experience with client service delivery.
