Dispatcher/Scheduler - Shift Work (Nights - 4 on 4 off) - Reading Town Centre!

Project People are recruiting for a Scheduler/Dispatcher for ongoing contract work in Reading town centre.
As Scheduler/Dispatcher you will be responsible for allocating work to the Field Engineers, review and monitor ticket allocations through to job completion, follow escalation processes, ensure engineers have correct equipment and work to tight KPIs/SLAs.

You will be joining a growing team working NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY - on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern. Your working hours will be 7pm - 7am. This position is paying a competitive hourly rate, paid on a weekly basis.

My client are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Worked in a similar environment - allocating/scheduling work to engineers/field reps
- Excellent communication skills
- Telephone experience (ie call centre/helpdesk/customer service)
- Able to accurately log and track information
- Experience using trouble ticketing systems (desirable)
- Happy to work night shifts only
