Project People are recruiting for a Scheduler/Dispatcher for ongoing contract work based in Coventry.
As a Scheduler/Dispatcher you will be responsible for allocating work to the Field Engineers, review and monitor ticket allocations through to resolution, follow escalation processes, ensure engineers have correct equipment whilst working to tight KPIs.
You will be Proficient in the use of MS Office with good written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service telephone handling skills and experience using trouble ticketing systems is desirable but not essential.
