An opportunity exists for TAC/Dispatch Planner to join a leading telecommunications company in the Midlands
As TAC/Dispatch Planner your responsibilities will be;
- Manage dispatch of all field resource, prioritising work
- Monitor and resolve Jeopardy Alerts in a timely manner
- Append all tickets with concise, appropriate notes on activities taken to make work executable
- Comply with all FSO and Customer procedures to ensure engineers are booked safely and legally onto site for access or climbs
- First point of contact for all fault related issues
- Provide accurate payment details, purchase order numbers and ensure correct information is attached on all access applications
- Understand the access provider costing's processes
- Comply with landlord procedures to secure access, climbs and escorts
- Review and provide updates to open work requests
- In the event of any equipment failures, internally or externally, follow the Dispatch Disaster Recovery programmes to support customer activities until remedial work has been completed
Key skills required for the role as TAC Planner;
- Discernible MS Office, customer service, and trouble ticketing systems experience
- Demonstrable communication skills
- Ability to take responsibility for action, adopt a right first time approach and put customer first
