We are looking for a strong Disaster Recovery and Availability Manager who has broad experience with HealthCare Applications and complex enterprises. 

Must have at least 5-7 years of leading Disaster Recovery management experience with large companies ideally in the HealthCare Industry. 

Must have designed, and implemented Availability strategies, and has developed integrated availability best practices around a multi-datacenter architecture. 

Successful candidates will be required to design and implement multi data center Availability Solutions, and have the ability to socialize and obtain agreement from multiple stakeholders. 

Must work closely with business continuity and with Incident command and planning to ensure a holistic approach to availability for Kaisers enterprise. 

Additionally candidates will need to have advance thought capabilities and to think outside of the box, and provide analytical skills towards the discovery, inter-operability, and support of critical applications, infrastructure and business workflows. 

Finally, a demonstrated track record of overcoming challenges and obstacles is a must.

- Track and manage daily milestone deliverables 
- Manage on call rotation for Rapid Recovery Teams 
- Work with design team to architect and implement ongoing multi data center availability solutions 
- Work with regional and technical subject matter experts to develop ongoing availability solutions
