WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Assists with interactive discussions regarding medical restrictions, reasonable accommodations, reassignment processes and potential outcomes
- Provides general information to third party administrators and Workers'' Compensation Administrators upon request
- Provides general information regarding the disability management processes
- Provides administrative support to determine employee status
- Maintains and extracts general employee case information from database
- Assists with early intervention to injured or ill employees
- Coordinates early intervention activities to prevent time loss
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree and typically
- (3) three years of experience
