DIRECTOR - OPERATIONS TRANSFORMATION

This prestige educational business entity with operations across the EMEA region require a Director of OperationsTransformation to be responsible for the continued growth and expansions across new territories of their operations, delivering short, medium and long term commercial strategic operational objectives. The role is key in supporting the CEO in the further development and implementation of the company's strategy and vision in an ever more education hungry world.

The demands of the role are extensive, and multifarious and require considerable skills, knowledge, expertise and judgement to establish and grow the business effectively. Strong and highly tuned management skills are required, together with excellent motivational and leadership skills and sharp analytical and organisational skills.

The role requires a proactive, inspirational and results driven leader capable of effectively establishing and managing a significant regional operation. An effective communicator, capable of forging strong working relationships with external parties and influencers and internally, building and growing a team to support the Company in delivering first class world beating services across diverse cultures.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE EXPERIENCED IN:

External communication and relationship building with Government Officials, International Education Bodies, Consultants, Corporates, Financial Lending Institutions and High Profile Investors.

Leading and directing business in making strategic and operational decisions.

Leading the development of the annual business plan and budget with full P&L accountability and budget responsibility.

Developing and implementing the business plans in line with the vision and mission of the Company.

Appointing, building, leading and maintaining an effective team.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive experience in the area of EDUCATION and delivery of relevant services to both the private and public sector.

Post graduate degree or an MBA from a leading Business School or equivalent. Specialism in Education will be an added advantage.
