Position: Director of Rehab

Duration of Contract: 12 weeks

Facility:

- 287 beds
- Acute-care
- Medical, surgical, & emergency care
- Specialty services: comprehensive cancer treatment, physical medicine and rehab, high risk maternity and level II neonatal intensive care, neurosurgery, cardiac rehab, trauma, cardiac and pulmonary care, diagnostic cardiac catheterization, and ambulatory surgery

Requirements:

- 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
- Bachelors of Science degree in PT, OT, or SLP
- Master of Science degree
- 3 years as staff therapist
- 5 years supervisory experience, preferably in similar setting
- Proficient in use of personal computer (incl. spreadsheet analysis, presentation graphics, and word processing)
- Highly developed verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization, patients, families and external individuals, groups and agencies
