Director of Organisational Development & Design, People & Change- Bristol, £540 daily rate

Director of Organisational Development & Design, People & Change is required to work on a 9-12 month contract based in Bristol offering £540 daily rate. (full or part time hours considered and please note some travel to London is required)

ROLE & KEY DELIVERABLES:

- Provide leading edge thinking, advice, challenge and consultancy support to management team delivering change programmes and interventions.
- Work at Board level, rapidly building trust and credibility as an equal partner in strategic change and organisation design
- Support and challenge the organisation to build and develop its long term capacity and capability to deliver - leading key interventions on leadership, performance management, engagement and culture change
- Support individuals via the HR and Communication teams with regards to growing and developing their strategies, performance, talent management, business culture and delivery of the company vision.
- Experienced leader and influencer who is able to develop individuals and collective expertise and impact their team.
