Director of Organisational Development & Design, People & Change - Bristol - Candidate can work full time or part time (3/4 days per week). An element of home work will be considered and there may be occasional travel to London. 9-12 months. £500- 540 per day. Interviews will be taking place on 30th June.

Disclosure Scotland cleared already would be ideal, happy to consider candidates willing to undertake

Essential Experience:
Be a confident leader and manager, committed to developing the individual and collective expertise and impact of their team
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to make an impact at the highest level across the organisation and to work effectively with key stakeholders
Possess confidence, drive and personal credibility enabling them to build relationships across PINS to ensure that the HR & Communication teams are able to make the desired impact
Be an expert influencer/negotiator/communicator - skilled in facilitating effective outcomes in a variety of situations

Role & Responsibilities:
Provide leading edge thinking, advice, challenge and consultancy support to senior leadership on organisational development and design matters as part of change programmes and interventions
Work at Board level, rapidly building trust and credibility as an equal partner in strategic change and organisation design
Support and challenge the organisation to build and develop its long term capacity and capability to deliver - leading key interventions on leadership, performance management, engagement and culture change
Act as a full member of PINS Management Board, providing input and challenge to the strategic agenda on people and change
Lead the HR and Communication teams, coaching and supporting individuals to operate strategically and growing their professional practice in application

Key deliverables:
Developing a new comprehensive people strategy
Strengthening performance management
Talent management and succession planning
Strengthening internal communications to support Business culture change
Supporting Directors to deliver change aspects of projects to deliver PINS' vision
