- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. Masters degree/PhD an asset
- Current registration from country of practice
- Minimum of 10 years clinical nursing experience, 4 of which will have been in nursing services administration in a senior management position
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Director of Nursing in a large hospital/healthcare setting is desirable
- Due to work visa restrictions only female candidates can be considered for this role
