* Review and approve standard pharmaceutical documents includinf master batch records, department SOPs, QTS investigations and validation reports
* Maintain high levels of profitability while controlling labor, waste and overhead costs
* Ensure a safe working environment for all departmental / site employees
* Development and communicate departmental policies
* Ensure the effective utilization of resources including personnel, equipment and materials. Hiring authority for the area responsibility.
Required skills:
* B.S in Science or Engineering
* Aseptic / Sterile experience
* Strong Manufacturing backgroud
* Experience in RABS (Restricted Access Barrier System)
Nice to have
* QA or Regulatory background
* Advanced degree
