Director of IT Infrastructure/Downtown/110-120K

We are looking for a strong Director of Infrastructure to join our growing team. We are a national non-profit agency where your talents do not go unrecognized. You will lead a team of 5 individuals who are responsible for keeping our infrastructure operations for 3 offices and 5 remote centers running smoothly. Our environment consists of 12 physical Servers, 100 virtual Servers and 350 desktops along with 2 data centers. This is a hands-on role where you manage the Tier 1, 2 and 3 operations as well as vendor communication and SLA management. You will also be tasked with leading new infrastructure projects including virtual desktop and telecom projects for our operations.

You must have at least 5 years of experience in the following areas:

- Strong Cisco Products including Routers, Switches and UCS Servers. Cisco certifications are a plus.
- Telecom experience preferably with Avaya products including Avaya VOIP
- Extensive experience with VMWare and ESX hosts
- Experience with EMC Storage
- Strong experience with Active Directory and Exchange 2007
- 5+ years of experience leading infrastructure teams in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
