Projektbeschreibung
Banking client in London require a Director of Conduct and Reputational Risk to join on an initial 3 months contract paying up to £800/day.
The role holder will be responsible for driving the embedment of conduct risk management and a conduct focussed culture across the bank's global businesses. You will also support the businesses to identify, evaluate and minimise potential risks arising from their business model.
Essential
*Governance, regulatory, risk or compliance function leadership with proven first class understanding of regulation, governance and control
*A comprehensive experience in Financial Services and preferably, plastic card industry
*A deep understanding of Conduct Risk implementation and management
*Reputation and Operational risk management
Skills
*Able to set standards and clearly communicate requirements within a senior stakeholder group; ability to establish credibility
*Able to deliver as a senior individual contributor, through influence and not through direct ownership of large resources
*Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills both across teams and upwards throughout organisations
*High-level of leadership skills and interpersonal capabilities,
*Strong understanding of risk management and control practices and processes
*Highly organised and structured
*Excellent written communications skills
*Politically astute and ability to thrive in a highly complex operating environment
*Strong intellect and strategic thinker
*Excellent commercial management skills.
*Excellent negotiator maintaining integrity in all external dealings
