Projektbeschreibung
Our prestigious Healthcare client is looking for a Director of Clinical Applications Services - for initial 6 months contract role to be based in Doha, Qatar.
Responsible for the overall design, implementation, training, documentation, operation and support of company's applications (Clinical, ERP, Support and Research Systems), databases, interfaces and reports. This includes planning, design, implementation and project management; daily operational management (including tracking and reporting Service Level compliance); a focus on customer service; staff skills development, recruitment and retention; and fiscal responsibility.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensures that effective staffing and committee structures are in place to support the work of the board
- Ensures that proper relationships exist between the organisation and the external auditors.
- Attends board and management meetings
- Communicates the IT strategy and other relevant strategies to staff
- Maintains excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Manages application deployments
QUALIFICATION:
EDUCATION
- Masters Level Qualification or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) plus additional training/qualifications and/or experience will also be considered
- Masters Level Qualification in business or related field
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years experience:
- in an IT environment;
- managing Application Support teams;
- Project/Program management experience;
- IT project life cycle phase management;
- Procurement/Contract Management
- Best practice quality and process improvement methodology;
- Managing vendors and outsourcing engagements;
CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE
- Familiarity with ITIL V3 Foundation level preferably 'Service Transition' & 'Service Operation'
- Certification in ITIL V3 Foundation level preferably 'Service Transition' & 'Service Operation'
