Director of Case Management Job

DIRECTOR OF CASE MANAGEMENT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Daly City, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Administers and oversees Case Management and Social Services departments to procure and coordinate a seamless delivery of healthcare services, that results in high quality, cost effective outcome at any point throughout the continuum of care/service.
- Understands principles of reimbursement and procurement of services within reimbursement parameters.
- Gathers aggregate data required to monitor performance of processes and outcomes as it relates to quality and utilization.
- Secures/negotiates for resources to ensure multiple health care needs are met.
- Participates and oversees the appeal/denial process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Valid RN License in the State of California.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Current BLS Card issued by American Heart Association
- Minimum of five (5) years of Management/Leadership experience
- Case Management and Utilization Management experience
- Understanding of Medicare, MediCal, and other Third Party Payer regulations
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications
