Director of Biostatistics

In this versatile role, the Director of Biostatistics will lead the company's biostatistics group, enhance its capabilities, contribute to the success of the company as a whole, and participate in the on-going improvement across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of the most intelligent and motivated groups of biostatisticians in the San Francisco Bay Area.

They are seeking the following attributes/experience for the successful candidate who will plan, direct and coordinate the operations of our Biostatistics Department:

- Demonstrated leadership of statistical teams and effective collaboration with other related research groups;
- Direct experience in current and evolving statistical design and analysis, and ability to train and mentor staff in the use of these approaches;
- Experienced in being a lead in Phases I-IV of multiple Clinical Trials
- Doctorate in Statistics with at least 10+ years of experience in health-related research; preferably experience in oncology
- Distinguished academic background and publication record.
