PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Familiar with service contract and SLA management,know how to push internal and customer to get the target, know the concept of ITTL and TL 9000
Have a good experience for manage a team or department and success story for implement service contract
At least work experience for 4-5 years
Can work under high pressure and willing work overtime if work need
Good skill for write formal English letter and slide for work
Good health
