Director

I have an immediate interim contract requirement for a Director to work within a large telecoms company in Dublin.

This is a critical hire for my client, you will report directly to the Board and work with Executive level stakeholders across the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least five years experience at Director level.
- Proven programme management, leadership, stakeholder and relationship management.
- Previous experience managing organisational change.
- Strong commercial acumen, understanding of the markets, compliance, regulations, contract management, vendor management and procurement experience.
- Proven track record in the telecoms industry, solid understanding in networks.
- Previous experience managing outsourced projects.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

ROLE:

- Develop a strategic plan to enable operational and commercial opportunities and to be realised.
- Lead programme implementation and governance of same.
- Drive an Operational plan and associated Key Performance Indicators to sustain and grow my clients telecoms business.
- Develop Risk Management process Network, Systems and Organisational risks
- Effective management of third party contracts.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management, including clear commercial, financial and operational reporting.
