One of the Worlds Leading Banking Organisations require an Internal Recruiter to lead the completion of the Graduate Recruitment Programme for 2014 and run the Graduate Programme for 2015.
You will be responsible for designing, managing & running the 2015 programme, designing advertisements and sourcing candidates from Universities, Job-boards and social media.
A previous background running a Graduate recruitment Programme is essential.
