Digital Workstream Lead

You will be responsible for aligning IT and BU Strategies, and the planning and delivery of B2B Digital Change. You will liaise with internal and external customers, talk them through what solutions and designs work and how they can maximise their general offering. Ideally you will come from an agency background, and essentially be able to create a "digital startup" within a corporate entity.

You will help enable a creative and dynamic culture, through the fast delivery of B2B Solutions and engagement of business and IT Stakeholders to bring about the change

You will also be responsible for:

- Defining the Opportunity for Online and In Store Digital Solutions in a fast paced environment
- Work with senior managers to drive the solutions forward, working in a team of in house and external consultants
- Lead cross functional teams to make sure solutions are practical and in line with the Business Strategy, and making sure that they also integrate with partners and customer activity
- Engage with external stakeholders to make sure all solutions are in line with the expectations of internal and external customers
- Build a framework for delivery of solutions (both agile & waterfall methods) that will help lead technical teams to success
- Lead and manage the offshore technical teams
