DIGITAL / WEB PERFORMANCE ANALYST - GLASGOW - £300-£350pd - 6 MONTHS

Our Glasgow based client has a fantastic opportunity for a Digital / Web Performance Analyst for an initial 6 month contract.

The successful candidate will:

* Supporting development and delivery of exemplar digital services
* Developing and enhancing our overarching web analytics capability to support ongoing web channel development
* Interrogation and analysis of CRM data to provide insights and evaluations that support delivery and inform future product and service development (a new MS Dynamics CRM system will be launched in June 2015).

Skills / Experience

* Experienced in working in an agile project-based environment, focussed on measures related to the delivery of user need
* Qualified and with a proficiency with a range of measurement systems and tools supporting users to derive accurate and actionable data
* Experienced in gathering and understanding technical client requirements and working with developers to recommend/build suitable technical solutions
* Able to discover and share analytical insight with stakeholders who have various levels of analytical expertise and at all levels of seniority
* Experienced in identifying outcomes and ROIs as well as deriving user needs and patterns from on line and offline data to drive optimisation and prioritisation of user needs to enable ongoing iteration of services to optimise efficiency, effectiveness and efficacy. Assisted digital support may also be included.
* Able and eager to transfer knowledge and skills through training and knowledge transfer of digital analysis principles to colleagues and embedding data driven decision making within the organisation
