Digital Transformation Specialist

- We are looking for a digital transformation specialist to support the growth of the digital business in a major telco, reporting into head of transformation
- The person must be able to combine strong project management and consulting skills as part of the team
- This is a hands on role that will be part of a programme of work at a very important time of change in the business

Requirements:

Extensive experience of working on digital transformations  in terms of:

o Digital integration with telecommunications

o The development and deployment of APIs to support digital services product launches (including API development & deployment best practices/API process automation/ process automation)

o Digital process transformation 

o Knowledge of global digital integration services and service design capabilities (such as integration architecture/governance automation)

Must have:

o Extensive experience of working as an established project manager on major programme in the digital space (digital integration and API development)

o Strong consulting skills

o Strong communications skills (inter-personal and influencing)

o Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams spread across multiple IT and business domains  (worked on international projects)

o Strong supplier management skills (including budget assessments for vendor supply)

o A very good understanding of current best practices and trends in digital services

Preference given to someone that has worked in telecoms previously
