Digital Signage Operator - Pharma

DIGITAL SIGNAGE OPERATOR - PHARMA.

On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in the Basel area, we are looking for a DIGITAL SIGNAGE OPERATOR with good experience with RMG NETWORKS OR DIGITAL SIGNAGE SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS OMNIVEX, VISIX, XTREME MEDIA, SCALA, FOUR WINDOWS INTERACTIVE ETC.

This is a challenging, yet LONG-TERM CONTRACTING POSITION starting in February 2016 until end of January 2017.

In this position the DIGITAL SIGNAGE OPERATOR will be responsible for operating and monitoring of devices, consoles and subsystems in the area of Digital Signage, analysing system messages and triggering fault correction procedures and workarounds.

In this role you will be also responsible for keeping the process and error logs and generating statistics and checklists.

YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE:

- Minimum of 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE in DIGITAL SIGNAGE
- Experience in SERVER ADMINISTRATION
- Basics SQL LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Strong ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment
- Excellent CUSTOMER & SERVICE ORIENTATION, GREAT TEAM-PLAYER
- Understanding of ITIL Framework plus Call Center reporting knowledge
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN, any additional language is an advantage
